Job Summary:

The Brand Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and visibility. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive brand experience to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients and partners to foster brand loyalty and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Understand customer needs and inquiries related to the brand and specific business segments.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide insights for product and service improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and exceeded.
- Promote brand awareness and engagement through personalized communication and engagement strategies.




- Support the execution of brand-related campaigns and initiatives to enhance visibility.
- Monitor and report on customer relationship metrics and suggest improvements.
- Assist in resolving any service issues that may arise to ensure customer delight and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

BE/ B. Tech ( Electrical & Mechanical ) / Diploma ( Electrical & Mechanical ) / Any Graduate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships.
- Proactive, customer-focused attitude.
- Prior experience in customer relationship management or brand management is preferred.
