Major purpose of the Job: Principal role is to sample analysis, solution preparation, data compilation. instrument operation, method development & method validation as per current regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities: -Individual LCMSMS handling -Responsible for all type of Bioanalytical documentation. -Method Development, Validation and Study sample analysis -Responsible for operation, calibration and maintenance of instruments -Responsible for SOP & STP preparation -Overall responsible for review of all bio analytical activities to ensure compliance to SOPS. Valuable Laboratory Practice (GLP) and protocol -To discuss and suggest any corrective and preventive action recommendation in bioanalytical activities,



documentation and overall bioanalytical issues as and when required in coordination with the department head. -Solution preparation for routine sample analysis -Sample preparation with different extraction procedure like LLE, SPE, PPT, etc -Daily calibration of balance, PH meter -Accountability of solvent, working standard and reagent -Perform Troubleshooting as required -Maintaining of GLP and also good documentation practice -Calibration of micropipette and Multipipette -Other responsibility assigned by the department head
