We have an opening at Whistling Woods International, India's premier Film, Communication & Creative Arts Institute, founded by Mr. Subhash Ghai for the role of Academic Coordinator. . The contract of internship will be valid for a period of 6 months and shall be renewed after review as per the company policy.

Key Responsibilities:

- To coordinate courses at Whistling Woods International.
- To liaison with faculty and students on Academic and Administrative Matters
- To organize events, Guest Lectures and Seminars.
- To conduct academic research for faculty.
- To liaison with industry personnel, organizations etc. for seminars, guest lectures, events, meetings amongst others
- To coordinate the entire academic and administrative life cycle of students, to assist faculty for all requirements pertaining to academic schedules.
- To maintain records for administrative purpose.




- It involves academic administration as well as liaising between the HOD-FACULTY-STUDENT ensuring smooth flow of communication between all concerned.
- The coordinator is expected to maintain all records of the school including marks, assignment briefs, ensuring grades are marked well in time before submitting to the academic department for progression.
- Certain roles extend beyond academic that include supervision during examinations, assistance during events held on and off campus, being on panels for interviews during admission cycles etc.
- Booking of campus venue.

Skill sets required:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Student Co- ordination, academic co-ordination.

Positive Communication skills.

Shift Timings: 9:30am to 5:30 pm
