Key Responsibilities

- Visit villages and nearby markets to conduct field marketing and promotional activities.
- Meet and build relationships with Sarpanchs, Panchs, village representatives, and local influencers to generate potential customer leads.
- Identify and connect with students and individuals interested in study abroad, visa, immigration, and overseas opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into walk-ins at our Visa and Immigration Centres.
- Achieve assigned monthly and weekly targets for lead generation, walk-ins, and counselling appointments.
- Organize and participate in local marketing activities, awareness campaigns, promotional events, and community outreach programs.




- Collect accurate customer/student information and maintain proper records of leads generated through field activities.
- Coordinate with the Counselling and Sales teams to ensure smooth follow-up and conversion of generated leads.
- Regularly report field visits, meetings, leads, and walk-ins generated to the reporting manager.
- Explore current villages, localities, institutions, and community networks for business development opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local contacts to create a sustainable source of leads and walk-ins.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
