Insurance Sales Executive/Relationship Manager generates business by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships within the BFSI sector. They assess financial needs, cross-sell policies, and ensure client retention. It is a target-driven, field- or virtual-sales role focused on delivering tailored insurance solutions

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote General Insurance products.

Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and coverage to customers.

Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.

Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into sales.

Assist customers with policy issuance, renewals, and documentation.

Resolve customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.





Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, or Insurance Sales.

Experience in General Insurance (Crop/Motor/Health) is preferred.

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Fluency in the required regional language (Marathi/Kannada/Hindi) and basic English.

Good computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.

Salary: ₹3–4 LPA
