About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Direct Selling Agent (DSA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of the company, bridging the gap between our specialized financial products and the customers who need them. Your primary focus will be to identify potential leads, navigate the loan application process, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while hitting ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through field visits and tele-sales activities.
- Product Consultation: Deeply understand our NBFC loan products to effectively explain features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to clients.
- Document Management: Collect necessary KYC and financial documents, ensuring all paperwork is authentic and verified before submission.
- End-to-End Assistance: Guide customers through the entire loan application lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
- Internal Coordination:



Work closely with the credit and operations teams to expedite loan approvals and resolve queries.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and business volume targets.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales or as a DSA, preferably within the Banking or NBFC sector.
- Strong understanding of retail loan products (Personal, Business, or Professional loans).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Hindi and English.
- Willingness to engage in field-based sales activities.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail regarding documentation.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
