At UltraMind Labs, we are looking for a skilled and results-driven Email Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in lead generation for IT services such as Web Design, Mobile App Development, and SEO. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of executing high-performing email campaigns to generate qualified business leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for lead generation
- Build and manage email lists, with a strong focus on high-quality and verified data (especially Gmail IDs)
- Identify and reach out to potential clients for services including website development, mobile apps, and digital marketing
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better open rates, CTR, and conversions
- Use email marketing tools and automation platforms effectively
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and anti-spam policies
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align outreach strategies
Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Email Marketing / Lead Generation
- Proven experience in generating leads for IT services (Web Design, App Development, SEO preferred)
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of email outreach strategies, segmentation, and personalization
- Access to or ability to build a quality email database (Gmail IDs preferred)
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience in LinkedIn lead generation and outreach
- Existing LinkedIn accounts or networks for prospecting
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, etc.
