Job Responsibilities

- Generate new customer leads through field marketing, digital campaigns, references, and channel partners.
- Contact prospective customers and explain project details.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
- Follow up with leads until booking confirmation.
- Promote residential plots and building projects to potential buyers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with property agents and channel partners.
- Collect customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Coordinate with the sales team to close bookings.
- Maintain daily reports of leads, follow-ups, and site visits.
- Gather market information on competitors and customer preferences.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.




- Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate or builder’s industry (preferred).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing and site visits.
- Ability to achieve sales and marketing targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
