WRAP2EARN TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD.
Assistant Vice President , Operations
ABOUT WRAP2EARN
Wrap2Earn Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a Mumbai-headquartered integrated media and experiential company with offices in Delhi, Kolkata, and Bangalore. With 10 years of operating history, 500+ campaigns delivered, 300+ brands serviced, and active presence across 45+ cities in India, Wrap2Earn has clocked 100 Cr+ in revenue over the last 3 years across two complementary brands:
- Wrap2Earn , India's tech-enabled transit OOH cab branding marketplace, operational since 2018.
- BuzzOmni , AI-enabled integrated OOH and experiential media planning agency, partnering with enterprise brands across innovation campaigns, BTL, outdoor integrations, events, and MICE.
The business is now in active scale-up. Average campaign sizes have grown past 25L, the client mix is predominantly enterprise and key accounts, and the operations function is being structured to deliver against significantly increased volume, complexity, and quality expectations. Strategic clients include Uber, Godrej, Tally, LIC Housing, Delhivery, Kotak, Ferrero, and Garnier.
ROLE SUMMARY
The AVP , Operations is a senior role reporting to the Chief of Staff & Operations Head. The role owns end-to-end campaign execution across all of Wrap2Earn's brief types , innovation, BTL, outdoor, experiential, events, and MICE , and is responsible for the quality, efficiency, and reliability of every commitment the business makes to a client.
This role is the day-to-day execution engine of the operations function. It owns quote-to-delivery, builds and manages the national vendor ecosystem, enforces quality assurance and communication discipline across the function, anticipates and pre-empts issues before they affect delivery, and drives the people-management agenda that develops the operations team into one capable of supporting Wrap2Earn's growth trajectory.
Success is measured by on-time and error-free delivery against committed timelines,
quote-to-conversion and brief-to-execution efficiency, SLA adherence across all stages, strength and reach of the national vendor network, the maturity of QA and communication discipline, and the depth and capability of the operations team as the business scales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Campaign Execution & Quote Ownership
- Take full ownership of all campaign execution activities , from brief intake through to delivery and post-campaign close , across every brief type the business handles.
- Own the quote-generation process. Submit efficient, well-thought, and competitive quotes to the Sales team in response to incoming briefs, meeting all set SLAs on quote turnaround.
- Ensure efficiency and rigour on both the quote and the delivery , pricing has to be competitive, costing accurate, and deliverability validated before any quote is shared.
- Track quote-to-conversion and brief-to-execution metrics; engineer continuous improvement on both.
2. National Vendor Ecosystem
- Build and maintain a large national vendor database covering the full range of services the business offers to enterprise clients.
- Categorise vendors by service type, capability, geography, and performance tier. Maintain redundancy , multiple qualified vendors per category in each major city , so that no campaign is at risk from a single point of failure.
- Own vendor onboarding, SLA frameworks, performance reviews, and rate negotiations. Lock annual contracts and enterprise rates where commercially advantageous.
- Proactively scout and onboard new vendors as enterprise client briefs introduce new format requirements ,
innovation builds, AR/VR/digital installations, MICE production, large-format events, and emerging activation types.
3. Quality Assurance & Delivery Standards
- Build and enforce robust QA controls across every stage of campaign delivery , pre-execution checks, onground audits, mid-campaign reviews, and post-campaign analyses.
- Maintain quality consistency across geographies, campaign formats, and vendor partners through standardised playbooks and supervision protocols.
- Hold the team to the standard expected by enterprise key-account clients. Quality slippage on enterprise accounts is not acceptable; the QA framework must catch issues before the client does.
- Run continuous improvement loops , learnings from each campaign feed forward into process, playbooks, and team capability.
4. Communication Discipline , Internal & External
- Ensure communication to both internal and external stakeholders is consistently clear, definitive, on-time, and on-record.
- Enforce the mandatory MoM protocol on all client and internal interactions , documented ownership, timelines, deliverables, and escalation paths. No verbal-only handoffs.
- Eliminate ambiguous language from the Operations function. Words like “tentative” and “we’ll try” are out of vocabulary. Communication must be definitive at all times.
- Establish the standard for timeline communication: when timelines are known after internal validation, they are communicated to Sales and the client; when they are not yet known, a TAT for clarity is committed and met, with proactive updates if vendor dependencies slip.
- Drive Sales–Operations alignment as a continuous operating practice, not a one-time SOP rollout.
5. Operations Management, Volume Handling & Prioritisation
- Manage large volumes of simultaneous campaigns and briefs across formats and geographies, without compromise to quality or timeline.
