Key Responsibilities:

● Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of utility equipment such as chillers, air compressors, and cooling towers.

● Lead and mentor a team of HVAC and maintenance technicians.

● Supervise primary maintenance activities performed by technicians.

● Diagnose mechanical faults and implement corrective actions.

● Coordinate with gas suppliers and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of required materials.

● Monitor equipment performance and ensure machines operate within required parameters.

● Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades.

● Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation.

● Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve machine reliability.





● Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with plant safety standards.

Required Skills :

● Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance.

● Proficiency in using hand tools.

● Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment and control systems.

● Familiarity with the chiller, cooling tower, pumps, compressors, and PLC panels is an advantage.

● Ability to lead and manage a team of technicians.

● Knowledge of gas delivery and handling system.

● Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

● Knowledge of HVAC, chillers, air compressors

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
