LEAMSS – Ladhani Education & Migration Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic *Immigration Counsellor* to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide clients interested in *Australia PR, Canada PR, and Study Abroad* opportunities. You will be responsible for understanding clients' career and migration goals, providing accurate counselling, and assisting them throughout the application process.

*Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

* Counsel clients regarding *Australia PR, Canada PR, and Study Abroad* opportunities.

* Understand clients' educational background, work experience, career goals, and eligibility.

* Guide students in selecting suitable countries, universities, and courses based on their profile.

* Explain immigration pathways, PR eligibility, visa requirements, and admission procedures.

* Assist clients with documentation, application processing, and visa-related formalities.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and convert enquiries into successful admissions or PR applications.

* Coordinate with universities, immigration processing teams, and internal departments.

* Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.

* Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.

* Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.

-Required Skills

* *Freshers and candidates with 1+ year of experience* in Immigration, Overseas Education, or Counselling are welcome to apply.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.





* Strong counselling, sales, and relationship-building skills.

* Basic knowledge of *Australia PR, Canada PR, Study Abroad, and Student Visa* processes will be an added advantage.

* Knowledge of study destinations including *Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, United States, New Zealand, and Europe*.

* Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable guidance.

* Good organizational and time-management skills.

* Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* Experience in an Overseas Education Consultancy or Immigration Consultancy is preferred but not mandatory.

* Knowledge of IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, or other English proficiency requirements is an advantage.

* Familiarity with CRM software and student application portals is a plus.
