Alliance Workforce Advisory Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Data Entry Assistant to support the finance team by accurately entering and maintaining financial data. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of finance data entry experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
· Accurately enter financial and accounting data into accounting systems.
· Process income records, invoices, receipts and supporting financial documents.
· Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
· Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
· Organise and maintain electronic financial records.
· Assist with reconciliations and report preparation.
· Support the finance team with month-end activities.
· Ensure confidentiality of financial information.
· Comply with company policies and internal controls.
· Perform other finance administration tasks as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of finance or accounting data entry experience.
· Experience entering financial data into accounting or ERP systems.
· Good Microsoft Excel skills.
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
· Must be based in Chennai and willing to commute to the office.
· Willing to work , 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST (UK Shift).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
