Required CNC setter cum Operator

Key Responsibilities:

- Machine Setup:Preparing CNC machines for production by installing tooling, fixtures, and workpieces according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Programming and Adjustments:Making necessary adjustments to machine parameters (speeds, feeds, offsets) and potentially performing basic CNC programming to ensure accurate and efficient machining.
- Quality Control:Conducting first-piece inspections and using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to verify that parts meet quality standards.
- Troubleshooting:Identifying and resolving issues that arise during machine operation, minimizing downtime and maintaining production flow.
- Maintenance:Performing routine checks on machines, maintaining tooling inventory, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaboration:Working closely with programmers, operators, and other team members to optimize production and meet deadlines.




- Safety:Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of CNC machine operation, tooling, and programming concepts.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Problem-Solving: Aptitude for troubleshooting machine issues and finding solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
- Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with team members and reporting issues.
- Experience: Typically requires several years of experience in setting up and operating CNC machines.
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma holder can be apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
