Seeking a talented and creative Senior Appraisal Analyst

Duties

- Data Collection & Research: Investigate property characteristics using public records, MLS databases, and tax assessor websites.
- Acquire property records via public records requests
- Perform property valuation research, data collection, and analysis
- Compile market and property information in usable lists and charts

Skills

- Ability to communicate with outside vendors to gather records
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Speed and accuracy in gathering and reporting information
- Creative mindset for problem solving
- Minimum 95 TOEFL or 7.0 IELTS Score

Pay: From ₹750,000.00 per year
