We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Generating business for the company out of leads provided & generated and achieve your monthly/quarterly targets.
- Lead / Data calling customers to closing deals.
- Evaluating individual customer needs and requirements.
- Conducting site visits with customers.
- Maintaining client and prospect data as per company's requirement.
- Meeting with clients and explaining the details of projects/ventures.
- Providing Post Sales services to all booked clients.
- Maintaining relationships with developers, bankers, and other related parties.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Experience: 1 Year
- Maximum Experience: 6 Years
Compensation:Salary: 50k to 65k (depends upon the interview)
Location: Thane
