Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and commercial interior design projects from concept development to site execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibility, excellent client management skills, thorough knowledge of materials and finishes, and hands-on experience in project coordination and site execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Development

- Lead projects from concept design through execution and handover.
- Develop space planning, mood boards, material palettes, and design concepts.
- Prepare presentations, design proposals, and client presentations.
- Ensure designs align with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Material & Finish Selection

- Possess extensive knowledge of interior materials, finishes, laminates, veneers, stone, tiles, paints, wallpapers, hardware, lighting, and furnishings.
- Curate material palettes suitable for project requirements and budgets.
- Guide clients in selecting finishes, fabrics, furniture, décor, and accessories.
- Stay updated with current design trends, products, and innovations.

Furniture & Fabric Selection

- Select furniture, upholstery, soft furnishings, curtains, rugs, and décor elements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for sourcing materials and furnishings.
- Ensure aesthetics, functionality, durability, and cost-effectiveness in selections.

Client Management

- Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements.
- Present concepts, drawings, material selections, and design solutions confidently.
- Build robust client relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and provide practical design solutions.

Site Execution & Project Coordination





- Possess strong knowledge of interior fit-out and site execution processes.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.
- Ensure design intent is accurately executed on site.
- Resolve site-related design and technical challenges efficiently.
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and execution milestones.

Drawing & Documentation

- Review and coordinate detailed working drawings and execution drawings.
- Ensure accuracy of layouts, elevations, sections, and detailing.
- Coordinate with drafting and 3D visualization teams.
- Review BOQs and material specifications.

Team Leadership

- Mentor and guide junior designers and drafting teams.
- Allocate tasks and monitor project deliverables.
- Maintain design quality and consistency across projects.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial interiors.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design and execution expertise.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,635.43 per month
