A Store Incharge is the person responsible for the day-to-day operations of a retail store or stockroom. Typical responsibilities include:
- Supervising store staff and assigning duties
- Managing inventory, stock levels, and replenishment
- Ensuring proper storage and organization of goods
- Handling customer service and resolving complaints
- Monitoring sales and preparing daily reports
- Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and store standards
- Coordinating with suppliers and receiving deliveries
- Preventing stock loss and ensuring accurate records
