Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and remarketing campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to achieve business objectives.




- Stay updated with Meta platform updates, advertising policies, and industry trends.
- Ensure accurate implementation of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, and retargeting.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Understanding of Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads campaign management.
- Meta Blueprint Certification is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
