Key Responsibilities & Job Profile
- Prepare 3D models and layouts using AutoCAD Plant 3D for food processing plants
- Develop GA drawings, piping layouts, isometrics, fabrication drawings, and BOMs
- Create and modify drawings based on process, mechanical, and project inputs
- Coordinate with internal teams for design reviews and revisions
- Support drawing updates, revisions, and as-built documentation
Technical & Essential Skills
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
- 3–4 years of experience in plant design and detailing
- Strong hands-on experience in AutoCAD Plant 3D (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, or similar CAD tools
- Experience in food process industries such as dairy, beverage, or prepared food is preferred
- Valuable understanding of process equipment, piping, and plant layouts
