Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive (Real Estate) who can manage client interactions, conduct property site visits, and successfully close deals.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, property consulting, and lead conversion, with the ability to handle high-value clients and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on real estate leads
- Conduct property site visits with clients
- Convert inquiries into successful property sales
- Handle negotiations and support deal closures
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay updated on property inventory, pricing,



and market trends
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead follow-ups and campaigns

Requirements

- 2–3+ years of experience in sales (real estate sales preferred) / property consulting
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to confidently handle client meetings and site visits
- Must have own two-wheeler (bike/scooter) for site visits
- Age: 25 years or above (preferred)

Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream preferred
- Candidates with strong sales experience may also apply
