We are a leading provider of Bolting Solutions and Joint Integrity Services, serving industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Refineries, Fertilizers, Chemicals, Power, Steel, Infrastructure, and EPC projects. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a solid technical sales background and proven success in acquiring and managing large industrial accounts.

Mandatory Experience

- Minimum 8+ years of Business Development experience in Industrial Services, Mechanical Services, Maintenance Services, Asset Integrity,



Joint Integrity, Shutdown Services, Industrial Equipment, Engineering Services, or EPC sectors.
- Proven experience handling clients from:
- Oil & Gas
- Refineries
- Petrochemicals
- Chemical Plants
- Fertilizer Plants
- Steel Plants
- Power Plants
- Infrastructure & EPC Companies
- Strong experience in Tendering, Bid Management, and Contract Negotiation.
- Proven track record of generating ₹5 Crore+ annual business revenue in current or previous organizations.
- Experience in selling technical solutions and industrial services rather than commodity products.
