We are looking for a qualified and student-oriented Academic Coordinator (UPSC Category) who can guide aspirants in selecting the right courses, study plans, and preparation paths. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, a strong understanding of the UPSC examination process, and the ability to effectively guide and motivate students.

Experience

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Academic Activities or a similar role.
- Experience in the EdTech or UPSC coaching industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel UPSC aspirants regarding courses, study planning, mentorship programs, and exam strategies.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable batches (Prelims, Mains, and Optional).
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and follow-ups professionally.
- Explain course structure, faculty details, class schedules, fee structure, and institute policies.
- Maintain student records, manage admissions, and ensure smooth onboarding.




- Guide students on the UPSC examination process, including Prelims, Mains, Interview, and Optional subject selection.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Achieve counselling and admission targets while maintaining high student satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of English (Hindi proficiency is an added advantage).
- Student-focused approach with a positive and professional attitude.
