Are you an experienced Physiotherapist with a passion for clinical excellence, leadership, and growing high-performing teams? We are looking for an exceptional Clinical Lead Physiotherapy to champion our physiotherapy service and work as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary leadership team. Te Whiwhinga Mahi/The Opportunity

As our Clinical Lead Physiotherapy, you will:

- Lead and coordinate a skilled team of Physiotherapists
- Manage referrals, workloads, and service capacity
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship
- Support recruitment, professional development, and performance growth
- Drive innovation, research, and service development initiatives
- Collaborate with ACC, Health NZ, and other key stakeholders
- Champion quality improvement and evidence-based practice across the service

You are an experienced Physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality rehabilitation services and supporting others to thrive.

- Bring significant experience working as a Physiotherapist within an interdisciplinary neurological rehabilitation setting
- Have experience supervising Physiotherapists

- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, planning, and conflict-resolution skills
- Possess excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Display high emotional intelligence, resilience, and professionalism
- Have a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive practice
- Be registered with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand
