Clinical Care Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care to critically ill neonates (NICU) or pediatric patients (PICU).
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, IV fluids, and tube feedings as per protocols.
- Operate and manage life-support and monitoring equipment (e.g., ventilators, infusion pumps).
- Perform emergency interventions (e.g., CPR, airway management) when required.
- Assist in procedures such as intubation, lumbar puncture, central line insertion, etc.

Documentation & Communication:

- Maintain accurate patient records, including nursing notes, vitals, and medication administration.
- Communicate patient condition and changes to doctors and shift team leaders.
- Educate and support family members, addressing their concerns with empathy.

Compliance and Safety:

- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
- Follow hospital policies for waste disposal, equipment handling, and hygiene.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
