We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Advocate to oversee all matters related to land acquisition, revenue records, legal due diligence, litigation, and compliance with local and state land laws. The role is critical in ensuring the company’s land holdings and transactions remain legally compliant, well-documented, and risk-free.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed legal due diligence of land parcels and verify explicit title & ownership

Handle land acquisition legalities and documentation end-to-end

Liaise with revenue departments, town planning authorities, and government bodies

Verify 7/12 extracts, Ferfar records, title deeds, NA orders, and related land documents

Ensure compliance with applicable land laws (Land Revenue Code, ULC Act, Tenancy Laws, etc.)

Manage land mutation, conversion, demarcation, and registration processes

Represent the company in land litigation, property disputes, and legal proceedings

Provide legal opinions on land status, encumbrances, and risk assessment

Maintain records of lease deeds, registrations, and compliance filings





Ensure timely payment compliance of land revenue, property tax, and statutory dues

Coordinate with legal consultants, surveyors, and internal project teams

Qualifications & Experience

LLB / LLM from a recognized university

10+ years of experience in land, revenue, and property law

Strong experience in land acquisition and title verification

Proven track record in handling land litigation and court matters

Extensive knowledge of land registration and compliance procedures

Experience dealing with government & regulatory authorities

Preferred Skills

Expertise in Gujarat Land Revenue laws and procedures

Familiarity with digital land record systems (AnyROR, Bhulekh, etc.)

Knowledge of real estate transactions & RERA compliance

Strong drafting, documentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to travel to project sites and government offices when required

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
