Job Summary

KVR Maruti is looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-friendly Receptionist to be the face of our showroom. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
- Handle the front desk and manage customer reception.
- Record customer enquiries and maintain accurate visitor details.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Coordinate customer appointments and test drives.
- Ensure the reception area and showroom are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist customers by directing them to the concerned departments.
- Support showroom administration and other front office activities.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, or Hospitality.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.




- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English. Hindi will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
