About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive with at least 1 year of experience to manage and grow social media presence for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to create engaging content that drives brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content as per the content calendar.
- Write compelling captions, posts, and social media copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams for creative development.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Generate ideas for reels, stories, videos,



and other engaging content formats.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.

Required Skills

- 1+ year of experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Good content writing and communication skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic design principles.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
