IAMT Global is specialized in training and Placement Services in Hotel Management and Hospitality Industry.

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven skilled to lead the Calicut Sales Team and drive admissions growth.

Key Responsibilities.

- Lead team to Generate walk-ins & Achieve registrations by guiding interested candidates through the initial sign-up process.
- Convert admissions by convincing prospects to officially enroll and join the program.
- Ensure revenue by meeting monthly sales targets
- Maintain motivation by leading the team with a positive attitude and keeping energy levels high to hit goals.
- Handle reporting by creating simple daily and weekly updates on sales performance for the management.
- Manage software updation by making sure the team enters every lead and interaction into the system immediately.
- Oversee data management of pipelines
- Working time- 9.30 am to 5.30 pm [monday to saturday]

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
