About the Role

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting customers, managing key accounts, and promoting our Packaging, Cosmetic Packaging, PET Bottle, HDPE Bottle, and Glass Packaging solutions across Tamil Nadu and other parts of India.

This role is best suited for candidates who enjoy travelling, meeting customers, closing deals, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit existing and prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and develop new customers in industries such as Cosmetics, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Chemical, Packaging, Manufacturing, and Industrial Products.
- Promote and sell Packaging, Cosmetic Packaging, PET Bottles, HDPE Bottles, Glass Bottles, Jars, Pumps, Caps, Closures, and related packaging products.
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, industrial areas, exhibitions, and customer networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and business presentations to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the production, sourcing, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth order execution.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities.
- Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, networking events,



and client meetings.

Required Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (10+2 with relevant sales experience may also apply).
- MBA will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Freshers with strong communication and willingness to travel are encouraged to apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, B2B Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Industrial Sales, Packaging Sales, or Corporate Sales will be preferred.
- Experience in Packaging, Cosmetic Packaging, PET Bottles, HDPE Bottles, Glass Packaging, Plastic Products, Manufacturing, or Industrial Products will be an added advantage.

- Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu and throughout India for client visits, business meetings, exhibitions, and sales activities.
- Ability to travel independently and manage assigned sales territories.
