About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to support real estate project development from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will possess solid design acumen along with a practical understanding of project execution, consultant coordination, approvals, and cost optimization. The role requires a developer-centric mindset to ensure projects are aesthetically appealing, commercially viable, and execution-friendly.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Review & Development

- Review master plans, layouts, unit plans, elevations, and design concepts.
- Evaluate designs for functionality, marketability, cost efficiency, and user experience.
- Recommend improvements in planning, circulation, amenities, landscape integration, and façade design.
- Identify design gaps and risks before execution.

Consultant & Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, landscape designers, contractors, liaison consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Review drawings, reports, estimates, presentations, and consultant submissions.
- Ensure timely delivery of all project-related deliverables.

Drawing Review & Documentation

- Review architectural and consultant drawings for accuracy and coordination.
- Identify clashes between architectural, structural, MEP, and execution drawings.
- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and version control.

Project Development & Site Coordination





- Assist in feasibility studies, design briefs, and project planning.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve design and execution challenges.

Approval & Compliance Support

- Support statutory approvals and liaison activities.
- Ensure compliance with development regulations, FAR/FSI norms, fire regulations, parking requirements, and other applicable guidelines.

Market Research & Product Benchmarking

- Analyze competitor projects and market trends.
- Recommend design enhancements to improve product positioning and customer experience.
- Support sales and marketing teams with design-related insights.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of architectural design and planning.
- Knowledge of working drawings, approvals, and construction processes.
- Ability to review layouts and identify design improvements.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Good communication, presentation, and documentation abilities.
- Commercial understanding of design, execution, cost, and sales requirements.

Software Skills

- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint (Mandatory)
- SketchUp (Preferred)
- Revit/BIM (Preferred)
- Photoshop (Preferred)
- MS Project or similar project-tracking tools (Preferred)

Qualification

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- COA Registration preferred
- Master's in Architecture, Urban Design, or Construction Management will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
