Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Schedule meetings with prospective corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up until closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Meet monthly sales and activity targets.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking English and Telugu (Hindi is an advantage).
- Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Previous sales or insurance experience is preferred but not mandatory.
