We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (Bookkeeping) preferably an early joiner to oversee the financial operations of our organization. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company’s Accounting direction, driving performance, and supporting business growth. This role includes managing the finance, accounting, treasury, and risk management functions while ensuring regulatory compliance and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accountability to the management for DWM deliverables which would include all aspects on Income side, Expenses, P&L;, MIS and compliances.
- Identification,



tasking and allocating responsibilities to the entire accounts team and being responsible for their timely deliverables.
- Working on budget and sharing real time reports on progress with respect to the same.
- Monthly P&L; and Balance sheets.
- Timely fulfilment of all compliances including Income tax, GST, Payroll Related, TDS, filing and EXIM related.

Qualification: CA is Mandatory
