Job Summary

Maa Harsiddhi Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd. (MHIDPL) is looking for a agile and experienced Electrical Engineer – Transmission Projects to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and coordination of EHV/HV transmission line projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise construction and execution of transmission line projects (33KV, 132KV, 220KV, 400KV and above).
- Monitor tower erection, foundation works, stringing activities, and associated civil works.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and construction schedules.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment deployment at site.




- Track project milestones and support timely project completion.
- Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
- Assist in project planning, billing, documentation, and project closure activities.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in Transmission Line, Substation, Power Distribution, or EPC Projects.
- Knowledge of transmission line construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
- Good communication and team management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in EHV/HV transmission line projects.
- Knowledge of tower erection, stringing, sagging, and foundation activities.
- Understanding of safety standards and project management practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,904.35 per month
