We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Executive who can handle customer inquiries, follow up with leads, explain products, and convert inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle sales inquiries from WhatsApp, calls, Instagram, website, and ads.
- Explain product details, pricing, delivery timeline, MOQ, and offers to customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into orders.
- Build relationships with retailers, resellers, interior designers, architects, and bulk buyers.
- Maintain daily lead follow-up sheet and update customer status.
- Share product catalogs, images, videos, and offers with customers.
- Handle abandoned cart follow-ups and repeat order follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the operations team for order confirmation and dispatch updates.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Give feedback about customer requirements, trending products, and market demand.

Required Skills

- Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident in calling and WhatsApp sales.




- Basic knowledge of e-commerce or home decor will be preferred.
- Ability to convince customers and handle objections.
- Must be target-oriented and disciplined with follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel is preferred.
- Should be comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and CRM sheets.

Candidate Profile

- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Candidates with sales, telecalling, e-commerce, retail, interior, furniture, home decor, or real estate experience will be preferred.
- Must be polite, professional, and energetic.
- Should have a strong interest in sales and customer handling.

Incentives

Performance-based incentives will be given on monthly sales achievement and bulk order conversions.

Pay: ₹9,811.16 - ₹15,000.00 per month
