Polymer Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise rubber mixing equipment including two-roll mills, internal mixers, and moulding machines.
- Conduct testing of rubber compounds for physical, mechanical, and chemical properties.
- Prepare and maintain test reports, formulations, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with QMS (Quality Management System), ISO standards, and safety guidelines.

Key Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in compression moulding, rubber compounding, mixing, and testing.
- Hands-on knowledge of hydraulic press, two-roll mills, internal mixers, and testing instruments.
- Understanding of polymer science, rubber chemistry, and elastomer behaviour.
- Familiarity with QMS, ISO standards, and laboratory practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
