- Handle and convert qualified sales leads into confirmed interior design projects.
- Meet prospective clients through showroom visits, virtual meetings, and site visits.
- Must have fluent communication skill in Hindi, English and Bengali.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and design preferences.
- Coordinate with the design team to prepare concepts, layouts, and proposals.
- Present quotations, explain pricing, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide junior sales consultants to improve their performance.
- Analyze sales performance and suggest strategies to improve conversions.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events to generate recent business.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
