PPC Manager (Amazon Performance Marketing)

FEDUS is looking for an experienced PPC Manager to manage and scale paid advertising across Amazon, Flipkart, Google, Meta, and Quick Commerce platforms. Amazon Ads will be the primary responsibility.

We are looking for someone who is highly analytical, performance-driven, and capable of taking complete ownership of marketplace advertising to maximize sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, optimize, and scale Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Perform keyword research, search term analysis, bid optimization, and campaign restructuring.
- Monitor ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR, and overall campaign performance.
- Manage advertising across Flipkart and Quick Commerce platforms where applicable.
- Coordinate Google Ads and Meta Ads for overall performance marketing.
- Work closely with the Catalog, Content, and Design teams to improve listing conversion.
- Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and action plans.
- Optimize advertising budgets while maintaining profitability.

Required Skills





- 4–7 years of Performance Marketing experience.
- Robust hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central Ads.
- Experience with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Strong understanding of ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with Flipkart Ads is preferred.
- Google Ads and Meta Ads experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
