Core Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance

- Develop and implement schedules for CNC, VMC, HMC and SPM machines.
- Conduct predictive checks (vibration analysis, temperature monitoring, wear inspections).

Breakdown Management

- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues (spindles, ball screws, guideways, bearings).
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions (CAPA).

Hydraulics & Pneumatics

- Maintain valves, cylinders, pumps, compressors.
- Ensure proper lubrication and leak prevention.

Safety & Compliance

- Enforce LOTO procedures, EHS standards, and 5S practices.
- Conduct safety training and incident investigations.

Team Leadership

- Supervise technicians, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
- Provide training in troubleshooting and precision maintenance.

Coordination & Documentation

- Work with production and stores for spares.
- Maintain records of downtime, repairs, and spare usage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
