Job Position: Account Officer

Job Type: Full time

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Officer to handle day-to-day accounting operations at our Manufacturing Industry at Kareli (MP). The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and basic accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting activities including bookkeeping
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment records
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records
- Handle bank reconciliation and cash management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for payments
- Support senior management in financial planning and auditing

Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com preferred




- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts (Freshers with strong knowledge can also apply)
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Busy / Excel
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Honest, punctual, and able to handle confidential data
