Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra (On-site)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Manager to join our team in Nagpur.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, overseeing day-to-day HR operations, monitoring workforce requirements, resolving employee concerns, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Monitor staffing levels across departments and identify manpower gaps.Ensure timely hiring to fill vacant positions and support business operations.

Supervise staff attendance, performance, and workforce availability in coordination with department heads.Handle employee grievances and workplace conflicts professionally, promoting a positive work culture.

Support employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.

Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and recruitment reports.





Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations.

Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee orientation programs.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Human Resource Management.

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and conflict resolution.Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment tools.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
