- Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team to process customer inquiries and orders.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, payments, and order status.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and provide prompt resolution by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Track sales targets, pending orders, and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Assist the sales team with presentations, meetings, and documentation.
- Maintain inventory and product information as required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or sales administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel,



Word, Outlook) and ERP/CRM software is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving and time-management abilities.
