Shift: Night Shift (7PM to 4AM)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency
- Monitor stock inward and outward movement and maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for timely stock replenishment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines
- Maintain proper store documentation and operational reports
- Support store teams in resolving day-to-day operational and inventory issues
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in stock control and loss prevention
- Prepare and share operational and inventory reports with management




- Identify gaps in store processes and suggest improvements for better efficiency

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- Experience in retail store operations or inventory management preferred
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
