Regional Sales Manager – Key Responsibilities

- Develop business in the assigned region and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers across assigned industries and markets.
- Generate qualified sales leads through field visits, networking, references, exhibitions, and online platforms.
- Conduct regular customer meetings to understand requirements and present suitable product solutions.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through effective follow-up and negotiations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business.
- Prepare customer visit plans and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update all opportunities in the CRM system.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate order finalization.
- Coordinate with production, planning, dispatch, and quality teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide prompt after-sales support.
- Identify current application areas, industries,



and market opportunities for business expansion.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and submit regular market intelligence reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, customer seminars, and networking events to generate new business.
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, or channel partners where required.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate product improvement suggestions to the management and technical teams.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Submit daily visit reports, weekly sales updates, monthly forecasts, and expense reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Represent Dycot Techno Tex professionally and uphold the company's values while interacting with customers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
