We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Account Manager – Fresher who is passionate about social media, content creation, branding, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate social media accounts for assigned clients.
- Understand each client’s brand, target audience, goals, and communication style.
- Create monthly social media content calendars.
- Write engaging captions, post copy, hashtags, and campaign content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and internal teams.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Research current social media trends, viral content, competitors, and industry updates.
- Assist in planning social media campaigns, contests, reels, and promotional activities.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and share work updates.
- Prepare basic monthly social media performance reports.
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and other important metrics.
- Ensure content is delivered and published according to deadlines.

Required Skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills.




- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to write clear and engaging social media captions.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and client requirements.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, or scheduling tools will be an advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship, freelance, college project, or personal social media page management experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a strong creative portfolio or sample social media work will be preferred.
