Job Description
You will be responsible for the efficient management of accounts, taxation, and finance functions. As Finance Manager, you will assist the Director in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the organization's accounting, finance, and taxation policies.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
Managing Finance Associates to ensure accurate accounting entries
Filing monthly taxes (Professional Tax, Sales Tax, Service Tax, VAT)
Managing payroll functions including PF and ESIC compliance
Preparing budgets and forecasts
Creating and delivering accurate MIS reports
Managing accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
Qualifications
5-8 years experience in enterprise software or IT services
Extensive knowledge of Indian accounting, taxation, payroll
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 is mandatory
Bachelor's Degree required; Inter CA preferred; CA is a bonus
Compensation: Salary and benefits commensurate with experience and accomplishments.
