Position: Planning & Billing Engineer – Civil Projects

Role Overview

We are hiring a Planning & Billing Engineer for handling project planning, quantity estimation, billing, progress tracking, and coordination for civil and infrastructure projects.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of BOQ, measurements, billing, planning, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation and tracking of:
- Project schedules and work plans
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly progress reports
- Project progress monitoring and target tracking
- Quantity estimation and measurement as per drawings & BOQ

Preparation of:

- Client Billing (RA Bills)
- Subcontractor Billing
- Measurement Sheets
- Quantity Reconciliation

Coordination with site execution team for work progress updates

- Monitoring material consumption and project quantities
- Verification of executed quantities at site
- Preparation of MIS reports and billing summaries
- Support project documentation and client submissions
- Ensure work executed is as per approved BOQ and drawings

Skills Required





- Robust knowledge of:
- BOQ & quantity estimation
- Client & subcontractor billing
- Civil drawings and measurements
- Project planning and progress tracking

Good command on:

- MS Excel
- AutoCAD
- MS Project / Primavera (preferred)

Understanding of civil execution activities:

- Earthwork
- RCC
- Roads
- Drainage
- Industrial civil works

Qualification

- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience

- 3–8 Years in Planning & Billing of Civil / Infrastructure Projects

Preferred Experience

- Industrial / infrastructure projects
- Experience in client billing and quantity reconciliation
- Knowledge of EPC/project execution workflow

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
