Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and responsible Sales & Inventory Executive who can efficiently manage inventory, packing & dispatch operations, customer sales, and represent the company at exhibitions and trade events. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.

Sales

- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits.
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their requirements.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships to generate repeat business.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.

Packing & Dispatch

- Coordinate packing of orders according to company standards.
- Ensure timely dispatch of customer orders.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for shipments.
- Maintain dispatch records and track deliveries.

Exhibition & Business Development

- Represent the company at textile exhibitions, trade fairs, and business events.
- Interact with visitors and promote the company's products.
- Generate leads and collect customer information.
- Follow up with leads after exhibitions to convert them into business opportunities.

General Responsibilities





- Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them independently.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Support management in achieving sales and operational targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, inventory, warehouse, or operations (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for exhibitions and business events when required.
