We are looking for a friendly and proactive Guest Relations Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for freshers who have solid communication skills, are well-groomed and eager to begin their career in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional and well-presented appearance
- Assist guests during check-in and check-out
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities and local attractions
- Handle guest queries and minor concerns with confidence and courtesy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office and other departments for smooth service
- Maintain guest records and update information in the system
- Support the team in daily front office operations
Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Computer literacy
- A customer-oriented and professional attitude
- An outgoing personality
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relations Manager when needed
- Record information in the logbook daily
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standard.
- Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way.
- Addressing and escalating customer complaints.
- Providing information about facilities, programs and other services.
