About Us

We are a quick-growing influencer marketing agency and production house working with brands, creators, celebrities, and digital campaigns across various industries. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

HR Operations

- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance and leave management processes.
- Help prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.

Employee Engagement

- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building initiatives.
- Support internal communication and employee welfare programs.




- Help create a positive and collaborative workplace environment.

HR Administration

- Ensure HR records and files are updated and organised.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining trackers.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
