Must Have Experinece on working with connector terminals, electrical stamping parts, and EV terminal parts.

Minda, Motherson, TE Connectivity, TT, and other companies that manufacture electrical terminals and connector terminals can be considered. Few Terminal images are attached below.

Must Have Experinece on working with Japanese Press machines.

- Komatsu Press Machine

- AIDA Press Machine

- Yamada Dobby Press Machine Etc.

Must Have Experinece on working with raw materials like

- Cupper

- Brass

- Phosphorour Bronze

- SS (Stainless Steel)

Thickness of material:

Experience with material thicknesses from 0.2 to 2mm thickness.

Plating Experience:

Barrel Plating, Hang Plating, Rack Plating

Reel to Reel Plating with Selective Gold/Silver/Tin Plating

Must Be Aware of Press Operations as Mentioned Below:

Must have experience with tool maintenance & production.

Production Efficiency

- Align daily production outputs with corporate sales targets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and machine utilization.

- How do you optimize cycle times and reduce scrap rates in stamping lines?

- Describe your approach to implementing Lean principles, such as 5S or Kaizen, in a stamping facility.

- What strategies do you use for inventory management of coils and blanks in stamping?

- Ensure dimensional stability of terminals, specifically by managing material flow and terminal pitch accuracy.

Quality and Safety

- How do you ensure quality control, including SPC and first-piece inspections,



in metal stamping?

- What safety protocols are critical for operating stamping presses, and how do you enforce them?

- Describe a time you used root cause analysis to address defects in stamped parts.

Leadership and Problem-Solving

- How do you motivate a team during tight deadlines or equipment breakdowns?

- How do you balance short-term efficiency with long-term sustainability in stamping operations?

- Responsible for the integrity of all production documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WI), and Shift Performance Reports.

- Manage technical documentation for PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), including PFMEA and flowcharts, ensuring 100% traceability of manufactured parts.
